Will we receive the draft schedule to enable us to work out availability?	Schedule to be released on the Mental Health Protect website soon.
Will MHFA book the venues and catering?	Yes, MHFAI will book venues & catering for all Blended and Face-to-face courses.
Will additional course dates and full face-to-face courses be added in the future?	Yes, additional dates for face-to-face courses will be added as the program progresses.
How will instructors be selected and allocated for different locations?	The program aims to be fair to instructors across Australia. Instructors may be chosen based on their proximity to the training locations. This approach helps leverage their familiarity with local networks and resources.
Is there a cap on the number of participants for the program?	Yes, the program has a cap of 4,090 participants due to funding limitations. There will be a mix of online and face-to-face courses, and while the current funding allows for a certain number of places, there is flexibility to adjust based on demand.
Will accommodation be included in the fee structure for instructors?	Please refer to Terms and Conditions - SCHEDULE 1 – 1. Services (e) The Services includes the delivery of the course, any preparation necessary to do so and any other costs required for delivery, including travel.
What should instructors do if they are based in multiple locations or have unique availability?	Instructors should inform the program of their various locations and availability. The program aims to match demand with local instructors and will consider multiple locations when planning face-to-face sessions. For areas not covered, the online course is a viable alternative.
Will there be regional courses, and how will locations be determined?	Regional course locations are being finalised based on demand and instructor availability. The program will accommodate both regional and metro locations. Participants can also benefit from the online courses, which have broader reach.
Is this course considered a credential?	This course is not considered a credential, but you will need to complete the Veteran Specific upskill to run this course.
Who is responsible for venue bookings and catering?	Venue bookings and catering arrangements will be managed by the program team.
