Prohibition on On-Selling MHFA Materials
MHFA course materials, including training manuals, are copyrighted and intended solely for use by MHFA participants who have enrolled in an approved course.
These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold independently by Licensed Instructors or any third party.
The unauthorised sale of MHFA materials undermines the quality and credibility of MHFA training and violates intellectual property laws.
Licensed Instructors are reminded that the creation of unofficial advertisements or promotion of MHFA courses through unapproved channels is strictly prohibited.
This includes creating self-branded promotional content or offering materials or services that conflict with MHFA International’s standards.
