No, once an eLearning voucher has been assigned to a participant via the Instructor Portal it is deemed 'used' as they will follow the link contained in the voucher email to create an account on our learner management system.
It is unable to be re-allocated whether the participant accesses the eLearning component or not. With this in mind, Instructors should review their cancellation policies.
