Once you purchase an Upskill and your order is confirmed, you will receive an email from MHFA with the subject line “Your eLearning is now available”. If you don’t receive email confirmation within 24 hours, please contact standard@mhfa.com.au with your order number (starting with WC on your invoice).
If you purchased an Upskill in the past couple of months but did not receive these emails, please try logging into the learning management system (LMS) by using your existing log in if you’ve previously accessed it, or by setting a password using the “Forgotten password” method.
You can always access our LMS platform at https://elearning.mhfa.com.au/.
If this doesn’t work, please reach out to standard@mhfa.com.au for support, noting your order number (starting with WC on your invoice) in your email. Also, If you have changed your Instructor email address since the system went live, please contact us at standard@mhfa.com.au so we can make sure your LMS email address matches your account.
