You may become licensed to more than one Mental Health First Aid core course types. For a full breakdown of requirements, if new or existing, please view pages 18 onwards of your current Instructor License Agreement.
To add another core course license, Instructors must successfully complete an Instructor Training Course.
To become eligible to apply to add different core course licenses, you are required to deliver a minimum of three MHFA courses (at least two face-to-face) of your initial or secondary course license type. This demonstrates an application of learnings and proficiency before considering applying for any additional core courses licenses.
To become eligible to up-skill and add a different delivery method of your current core course license (for example, the Blended version of your current course license), you are required to deliver a minimum of two face-to-face MHFA courses of your current licensed core course type (unless you have received a written exemption by MHFAI).
