My license/s has/have lapsed due to unmet course delivery requirements. How can I reactivate my license/s?

Depending on your course delivery history, experience and circumstances you may be eligible for either license reactivation or retraining through the Returning Instructor Journey. You will need to complete a Reactivating Instructor Application, so that the Specialists can assess your most suitable option.




Possible outcomes include:

Outcome	Details
License Reactivation via the Facilitated Return Pathway	Cost - $260 incl GST for Returning Instructor Re-License fee  The Facilitated Return Pathway includes:  Reviewing resources related to license maintenance, MHFA system navigation and course delivery; A presentation assessment task during an online session.  The Instructor must complete all requirements outlined in the program to regain license to deliver MHFA courses.  Time investment ~ 7-8 hours
Retraining Pathway via Instructor Training Course (ITC)	Retraining outcomes will be attending one of the following:  3-day ITC - 3 X 7 hr days face to face or online course ($3432*) 4-day Teen ITC - 4 X 7-hour days face to face  ($4160*) 5-day ITC - 5 X 7-hour days fully face to face   ($5200*) ITC specific pricing can be requested from the courses team by emailing [e-mail].   Please note that in order to apply for an ITC, you must be a current MHFAider for that course. Prices are inclusive of GST
Deactivate License(s)	Enables deactivation of one or multiple licenses:  Share your reasons for this decision to assist refinement of instructor support and processes.   May include deactivation of your program membership

If you do not wish you reactivate your license, you can confirm your intention to discontinue via the application form. Applications will be assessed in the order they are received.
