Please follow these written steps or download the provided infographic. If you have any further questions, please email instructors@mhfa.com.au
- Log in your instructor portal using your instructor email.
- Navigate from your dashboard to License Maintenance, and the section on program membership.
- Read your instructor license agreement and sign by ticking the box and selecting submit.
- Pay your annual license fee – you can either pay for this yourself or nominate for another (such as your workplace) to pay on your behalf. Payment options are credit card, PayPal or invoice.
- Check that your WWCC, WWVP or other appropriate documentation for security clearance has up-to-date details and a current image on your Instructor Portal.
Mental Health First Aid International requires all Licensed Instructors to hold a valid employee or volunteer Working with Children or Vulnerable People check or an approved alternative (from your state of residence) as a condition of providing mental health first aid training. For full details, please review our current Working with Children and Vulnerable People Check Policy.
Please note: If you are licensed to deliver our Teen MHFA course, you MUST hold a valid WWCC/WWVP check in the state you are delivering the training. This would need to be in addition to the WWCC/WWVP or approved alternative you hold from your state of residence, if applicable.
Once your details are up-to-date, your license will be reactivated and full portal access will be restored.
