Buying Learner Access Passes from the MHFA Shop
Learner Access Passes can be purchased directly from the MHFA Shop https://shop.mhfa.com.au/ or directly from the Instructor Portal.
This article will demonstrate how to purchase directly from the shop.

Step 1: Navigate to the MHFA Shop: https://shop.mhfa.com.au/
Step 2: Click "Learner Access Pass" side menu
Step 3: Select the Learner Access Pass product.
Step 4: Click the "Quantity" field and choose the number of Learner Access Passes you would like to purchase.
Note: It’s best to purchase the amount you need based on the number of participants you expect to deliver training to.
Step 5: Click "Add to cart" and select "Checkout" when you are ready to complete your order.
Note: After payment has been made, allow up to 15 minutes for the Learner Access Passes to appear in your Instructor Portal. (for credit card and Paypal purchases)
When paying by invoice, the Learner Access Passes will not appear in the Instructor Portal until payment is received.
Step 6: To see your Learner Access Passes in your Instructor Portal, navigate to https://www.mhfa.com.au/ and select "Instructor Login"
Step 7: From the “Manage” menu, select "Manage Courses"
The green Learner Access Pass tile shows that you have 8 Learner Access Passes available to assign to the next 8 participants for your next course.
