Shipping for all orders is via Australia Post or Star Track (the provider is dependent on the delivery location). The shipping fee is calculated and visible on check out for all Shop orders where applicable. Please note, that shipping is non-refundable.
We recommend Instructors order their course materials for all participants no later than 3 weeks prior to the scheduled course commencement date. It is best to order materials as soon as the course is scheduled. Estimated delivery times for materials can be up to 10 business days.
