Each Manual Coupon comes in the form of a unique link. When clicked, the link takes the participant to the MHFA Shop and automatically adds the manual to their shopping basket.
The participant is then prompted to log in to or register an MHFA Shop account. Once they are logged in, the participant enters a delivery address within Australia and completes the checkout process. The manual is then shipped to the nominated address at no cost to the participant.
