To assist Instructors with communicating to participants, below are suggested instructions that can be provided to participants to redeem their manual coupon.
- Click the link provided by the Instructor to redeem the Manual Coupon code. The manual will automatically be placed in the shopping basket.
- Go to checkout by clicking the shopping cart icon and clicking "Checkout" on the right-hand side dialogue box, and enter your details including the delivery address.
- Accept the terms and conditions and then select ‘Place order’. You will receive an order confirmation message on screen, followed by an email confirming your order has been received.
- You will receive a $0.00 invoice from Xero (MHFA's finance system). No payment or action is required.
- The manual will be packed and sent to the nominated shipping address via Standard Post.
- You will receive an email confirming the order is completed. It will also include an AusPost tracking link.
Please note that you cannot add other items to your cart as the coupon is for manual postage only. For additional items, you will need to place a separate order.
