Ensure that you’ve provided MHFA’s suggested instructions for redeeming the coupon.
If the participant has followed the instructions and is still experiencing issues, there should be an alert displayed at the top of the shop ‘Checkout’ page indicating what the issue is:

Double-check your records to make sure that you have not already distributed the coupon link to another participant.

The Manual Coupon was added to the order, however, the customer then tried to add other items to the shopping cart.
Manual Coupons are valid for shipping of 1x manual only. A separate order will need to be placed to order other items.
