- As a first step, double-check that you are logged into your Instructor shop account. If you’ve registered a customer shop account and are logged into this, you will not be able to view/purchase Manual Coupon products.
- If you are logged into your Instructor shop account but are having issues navigating to the product you are looking for, refer to the Blended Voucher Purchase Guide which includes direct links to the products on the shop.
If you have followed the steps above and still cannot access the product, double-check that you hold the relevant MHFA License to purchase the product.
