I bought eLearning vouchers in the MHFA Shop but they haven't appeared in my account, why?

There is a slight delay in purchasing eLearning vouchers and having them available to assign to participants in Manage eLearning Vouchers section of the Instructor Portal. Purchases from the MHFA Shop will be updated and available in the Instructor Portal within an hour of the purchase.

Instructors should ensure that the email address listed in the Instructor Portal and their MHFA Shop account is the same otherwise eLearning voucher purchases may not automatically become available for allocation.

In the instance where Instructors have purchased eLearning vouchers but they are not appearing in Manage eLearning Assets, contact [e-mail] or call [phone].
