If your course is not ‘completed’ it will not show in your report search.
To explain, courses move to the “Completed Courses” section in your Instructor Portal when:
- the Course Start Date is in the past; AND
- the Course End Date is in the past; AND
- the Status of ALL Participants in the course is NOT “Enrolled” (that is, either Withdrew, Did Not Attend, or Attended).
When all of these conditions are met, the course will move to “Completed Courses” via an overnight system batch process.
