This error message will appear if you have used a filter (by Month, Year or Course Type) that has no courses listed with these criteria.
For example: if you choose March in the ‘Filter by Month’ list, but you haven’t delivered any completed courses in March, this error message will appear.
An example of a combination of filters:
If you select March in the Filter by Month AND 2023, but you haven’t delivered any completed courses in March 2023, this error message will appear.
If the error message appears, please adjust the filters to find the courses that wish to report on.
Remember: only completed courses will appear in the Survey Feedback Report menu.
