You can co-facilitate the course with another Instructor, but they must have the same core license as well as the required upksill credential.
One suggestion would be to alternate between an Instructor delivering the content while the other looks after reading and responding to the group chat and managing any technical requirements. You can alternate managing the sessions or within the same session, but as with all co-facilitations both Instructors must remain present throughout the training.
