An Expression of Interest (EOI) is the new workflow that we’ve created to make course participant registration easier than ever.
In the previous system, users would find courses or Instructor details via the Mental Health First Aid Australia website. Users then reach out directly to the Licensed Instructors in a separate workflow, requiring Instructors to manually enter their information into WIMS.
The introduction of “expressions of interest” will connect interested customers directly with Licensed Instructors, with a workflow established for Instructors to easily confirm the user's attendance in their courses or organise in-house training.
Course participants’ details will already be in our system and viewable in the Instructor Portal – all Instructors will need to do is simply tick a box to confirm their enrolment. This streamlined process will significantly reduce manual workflows, helping you focus on delivering high-quality training.
