Instructors will have access to edit and update a variety of important contact and background details while inside their Instructor Portal.
You will navigate to the icon image in the far right of your portal screen. Clicking this will bring up two options, My Account and Log Out.
Selecting the My Account option allows you to edit your available personal details including your name and MHFA contact email.
Also, you can provide information for the Bio Details section which when completed becomes details viewable to potential participants who find you profile on the new MFHA website.
Work Details is a new section built to capture your workplace/organisational information, which will be particularly helpful to further assist our Licensed Instructors who deliver courses through an alignment to their employer.
Finally, we have the Address Information section, where you can input your mailing address as well as an additional address that may be separate from your mailing location.
All of this data when updated is viewable to MFHA staff on our system backend, which assist in our continued correspondence with you across your journey as a Licensed MHFA Instructor.
