If a participant provides an Instructor with an email address that is entered into the Course Management system, the Instructor does not need to provide a hard-copy certificate to the participant. Mental Health First Aid® Australia (MHFA™) will provide a digital copy to the nominated email address.
If a participant is not able to provide an email address to enter into our system, the Instructor should request they complete a hard-copy feedback form and offer to provide the participant with a hard-copy Certificate of Completion.
