If a participant does not pass the Mental Health First Aid® Australia (MHFA™) Accreditation Assessment after two attempts, they can download a Certificate of Completion, which will also be automatically emailed to them.
MHFA Australia recommends that they complete the full course again in the future and re-attempt the Accreditation Assessment. In this way, there is a process that ensures that MHFAiders™ have demonstrated their competency before going on to do the shorter Refresher Accreditation Course in 3 years time.
Please note that it is optional for course participants to sit this online accreditation assessment, but it is the only way to become an Accredited MHFAider.
