We do understand that not all course participants may be willing or able to give you their name or email address to enter into our Course Management System. If this is the case, the participant will not be able to complete the online assessment, but can still have their feedback recorded.
For participants who aren't able to provide an email address, please collect hard-copy feedback on the day of the course, and provide participants with a hard-copy Certificate of Completion for the course*.
Instructors will then be required to enter the participant into the course (either using their real name or a pseudonym such as Participant 1), and manually enter the participant's feedback based on the hard-copy feedback collected.
