Unfortunately if the participant has not provided the instructor with an email address, they will not be able to complete the Accreditation Assessment.
If a participant is not able to provide an email address, the instructor should collect hard-copy feedback for the participant, and provide a hard-copy Certificate of Completion* for attending the course.
