Once a course has been completed, Instructors are to go to the Manage dropdown and select Particpant Management.
Here they will navigate to the Mark Attendance/Add New section and find the course that have just delivered. Once there, you will have your participant list and can select a tick box. If your participants has completed all required components of your course, once selected, please click the Mark Attended green button.
For our course with a Blended Face-to-Face or Blended Delivery option, please only mark them as "attended" if they have completed both the eLearning and the Instructor led component of the course. The image below indicates this participant hasn't completed what is required, so you wouldn't mark as "attended" in this instance.
Once Mark Attended has been selected, this triggers an automated email that will go to a participant's nominated email address. This contains a link for them to complete a feedback form around the course you just ran. They also have the option to opt out of this by selecting a check-box.
Once that have been completed, a second email will send which contains the post-course assessment exam, which if successfully completed will move that participant to an Accredited MHFAider (which is valid for three years post course completion).
