Expressions of Interest in the tab "EOIs Linked to Courses” are generated when a prospective course participants finds your course listing through the MHFA website.
Once they have found the course type they are looking for, they will click one of the following buttons from the image below:
By selecting “Find a public course” they will then access a form where they can use search parameters including Course Type, Delivery Method, Month, State & Suburb to find the course you as an Instructor have created. These are your created courses in your “Currently Listed Courses” section of Manage Course in the Instructor Portal).
The second option, EOIs In-house training request, is when a prospective course participants clicks the Organise in-house training button. Completing the forms is to find a Licensed Instructor to deliver private training in-house or at an agreed venue. You as the Instructor can monitor this list to reach out directly to participants who submit EOIs through this method if you have a course that will suit their request.
When they complete this form, Instructor details will show with information entered in the My Account section of your own Instructor portal.
