A: Calling is an option for support. Our Support Services team man our main phone line (03 9079 0200) between 9:30AM and 4:00PM AEST. A call back option is available (for visible phone numbers) and will usually be received within 1 working day.
We also know that there are times when urgent enquiries are needed, and our specialists are here to support you during business hours. However, while we will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible, immediate availability is not guaranteed. Calling a specialist is the best channel of communication for the following types of enquiries:
- Personal circumstances, such as if you're unwell or need advice/guidance on something urgent
- When you need support or are distressed from course delivery and you are in the midst of delivering day 1 or 2 of your course
- When you've just realised that your license is not current and you're due to deliver a course in the coming days
- Urgent issues requiring same day resolution

If a specialist does not answer your call straight away, please leave a voicemail or text message if you want them to return your call. Our specialists will attempt to get back to you on the same day where possible.
