- For queries regarding course delivery, course content, curly course questions or coaching as an instructor, you want to reach out to the Australia Program Delivery Specialist. The ways of contacting them are on your portal dashboard under “Contact Us”.
- For issues related to technology, reach out to the Support Services team on mhfa@mhfa.com.au or 03 9079 0200. Support Services has an excellent callback function that Instructors are welcome to use. This team has the platform access and IT knowledge to best support with most issues and can forward on complex issues as needed.
- For both teams, email is the communication of choice, as this allows us to find information and collaborate with other teams as necessary. However, we understand that there are time sensitive and urgent issues that need support immediately, and in these instances, you are welcome to call. If you call, please have all your information at hand to share with us, so we can support you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
